      My name is Ruslan Stepanchenko (or just Russ). I am licensed, bonded and insured contractor working in greater Seattle.

Here is three main area of my professional interest (new and remodel)

       I decided to create this web page to introduce myself, my skills and show you some pictures of my work.

  1. Communication -

I am always ready to present you report how is your project going, material delivery, discuss any changes to design etc...,  and my phone is always on!!!
  2. Payment Policy -

I understand that you want to work with ethical peoples. I demonstrate my ethical practices by accepting no money up front. I collect payments either on weekly basis or after certain percentage is done, only for work that’s completed and approved by you. My labor is priced much lower since I do all the work myself as a skilled professional.  The savings are passed on to my valued customers.

  3. Minimal Disruption -

I know that you want your projects completed quickly. I do my best to work out schedule to be assigned on one project, from start to finish. To achievethis, we together work out a schedule, and your project will be done as quickly as possible.

  5. Clean & Protected -

I do my best to not only pick up debris and clean, but to protect the hallways and surrounding rooms of the remodel with drop cloths, paper and plastic. It’s hard to eliminate all the dust, but I am sure try to keep it as clean as I can.

I will manage your project from the day you requested estimate, I can take care of material delivery, help you with design... and actually do any thing to make your project without any stress and easy going.
